If I had to define this piece, it would be an image of a thought, in all of its complexity. This seems to be a reoccurring theme in much of my work.

I put great care into every aspect of my work. This is assembling the stretcher bars for the canvas. They are not glued but have large tongue and groove joints that you beat together with a rubber mallet. Getting them perfectly square takes a while. The cross brace is assembled with pocket hole screws.

I wanted a substantial float frame. This is the first black one I've made. The edge stands 2 1/4", the face is 3/4" with another 3/4" float.

May Be Exaggerated a Little- in a large float frame I made. My frames are a little different than what you're use to. I want to show the edges.
